We seek to act as a catalyst for the next evolution of use for certain land holdings in southern California.  Optimal land use evolves over time based upon the changing needs of society.  We intend to facilitate this evolution by working collaboratively with local communities and municipalities to repurpose land for its most optimal use today.  Change is inevitable.  Our mission is to create change we can embrace.
